SHIPPING AND RETURNS

ETHICS- FOCUSED WASTE FREE PRODUCTION
We commit ourselves to implement more responsible practices by having our quality handmade items ethically produced by a small, skillful team of makers in our studio in Klaipėda, Lithuania. Ensuring the best working conditions, and the highest level of sustainable production processes we take a very one on one approach to the process of producing every single product. By crafting everything to order, we eliminate the need for excess stock and avoid mass manufacturing that results in additional waste. Our manufacturing begins only after a confirmed customer order is received and it takes us 1-2 weeks, so we create an item that is actually in demand. 

DELIVERY

We deliver all orders with LP express. Shipping times vary depending on region. If the ordered items are in stock, we ship it within 3 business days. If the item is to be manufactured, it will be shipped after it is manufactured. Manufacturing takes up to 2 weeks, however during campaigns it can take up to 4 weeks. Customers will be provided with the shipment tracking number once it is shipped. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within Europe.

TERMS OF RETURN 

On this website you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your items. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns unless they are due to a fault of ours or a claim. Please contact customer care before returning faulty or wrong pieces.

Follow the procedure below if you wish to return/exchange an order:

  1. Find the return form that you received with your invoice. Remember to tick whether you wish to return or exchange your item.
  2. Make sure to pack item safely and in its original packaging. 
  3. Return the products to:

You must return the items directly to Lina Andriukone. As a rule, products should be returned in their original packaging. They are to be unused other than for trying them on. If there is evidence that suggests that clothes have been used to a degree that decreases the value of the product, you will lose your right to return the products. If clothes arrive to us worn or damaged, the right of return waives.

We will not bear the direct costs of returning the products, unless the return is a result of our error. In that case please contact us so we can provide you with a shipping label, which will cover the costs associated with returning the products to us.

Our return policy does not affect your statutory rights.

REFUND
To prevent fraud, we are only able to refund the amount to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to place the order. We are entitled to retain the refund until we have received the items or proof of return of the items has been presented to us whichever is the earlier.
